Mission Possible!
Can you imagine what God could do if you committed to give him 2 wks–6 months out of your life? Our missionaries in Kenya are seeing what a life totally committed looks like. John Z has been in the field for almost 4 months and John M arrived just last week. I am told that their days are so full that they are up before sunrise and some days they barely have time to stop to eat. It is long past dark when they finally lay their heads down. The job before them is big but the rewards they are seeing are amazing. The community has embraced them so much and come to John Z for all sorts of ailments, before they ever walk to the clinic in town. He has lovingly become know to them as ‘Dr John‘. He has been offering homeopathic medicine and prayer and they have been seeing many miracles. The community has embraced both John’s. I am told it is so very different being embraced by the community. The people are warm and very friendly. They look forward to our teams coming over and spending time getting to know us.
John Z will have so many stories to tell from his life in Kenya such as this one: After noticing some children were following John Z and Brighton back from town. John asked Brighton to find out from the children why they were following them. The children stated, ‘they just wanted to see where Jesus was going‘. WOW!! What a blessing to realize that you are viewed by the children as the hands and feet of Jesus.
Would you like to become involved in what God is doing in Kenya. We are looking for long and short term missionaries to join us and BE THE HANDS AND FEET OF JESUS!! Apply today!!
Christmas In Kenya
Christmas is fast approaching. It is our desire to give each of the children living at the center and those with sponsors, a Christmas gift. Our hope is to be able to buy each of the children a new pair of school shoes, some candy and another small gift. We will have an American in Kenya for Christmas to see that the children receive your gifts. For children who have so little, this kindness means so much to them. Would you making a donation to make this Christmas special for a child. $10 – $20 will go a long way to bring joy to a child this Christmas.

From our Missionaries
Our Missionaries in Kenya are so very thankful for all the prayers offered on their behalf and they know they never walk alo
ne but have the company of a multitude of Saints urging them on in prayer. They are seeing many doors open on behalf of the children from guardians coming to visit and share the truth, to local officials beginning to see the truth in what we have been saying to them.
While much has been accomplished, there is still much left to do. They are asking for prayers to meet the financial needs of building and for the care of the children who are living at New Beginnings. About 30 children currently call New Beginnings home. Of those 30 only 17 have sponsors. That means that they need sponsors for 13 children who are currently living at the center.
These are urgent needs!! If God is prompting you to get involved, please join us...for the love of a child!
Testimony from a Child
Two children have written letters to express their gratitude to everyone for fighting for them and not
leaving them in the hands of an evil man.
Edwin writes "Much thanks to go for all the sponsors for their great battle that they fought until the truth has been revealed." He goes on to stated that now they are receiving good health care, and a better education, plus 3 meals a day. Lavender goes on to share that when she lived at the other center she was forced to sleep under a bed and treated as less than a person. She is now very grateful for the care she is receiving and for the opportunity to grow in an environment that treats her as a person.
This is the difference YOU are making to these children.
Thank you for what you are doing!!

Building News
The building was stalled for a short time, this month, to make sure all the legal work was completed. As we move forward our most critical need is a water tank to harvest rain water. Currently they depend on what they can catch in buckets or what is carried from the creek. We have had 2 cases of Typhoid among the children. It is critical that we get water tanks in place to harvest and treat the rain water for safety.
The community is requesting that we add additional classrooms for the children to get them out of the public school, which is extremely overcrowded.
Several more homes have opened in the community for the children that are coming and need housing.
God is opening so many, many doors in Kenya. Now, we need doors to open on this end of the world.
Can you help us with the funding that is needed to make a dream become a reality to the children of this rural area of Kenya.
Below are the current building plans:
Phase I
2 Water Tanks to harvest rain water plus spouting. Total: $1,000
Phase II
5 additional classrooms for New Beginnings Christian School
Total: $7,500
Phase III
4 houses built for the children who call New Beginnings home.
Can you join us in giving these children a New Beginning?
Become part of our ‘Heart for New Beginnings Club‘. Commit to donating $10 or more each month, have a heart for the children.

Alex with chicken pox
- There has been an outbreak of Chicken Pox among the children. Please pray for Alex and Lavender as they are recovering and pray protection over those in the community who have never had the disease, especially the older citizens.
- One of the motorbike thugs from the summer trip, came to visit our missionaries to apologize for his behavior and that of the other men that were involved in the assault on our team last summer. They believed lies of the enemy and are truly regretting being involved. He added they will only be at peace when they can apologize to our team next year. Praise God for changed hearts!
- There have been 2 cases of Typhoid among the children. Please pray for funds for water tanks to harvest and treat rain water to provide the children with clean drinking water. Praise God that they are getting rain!
